Rail

Sometimes leveraging the extensive low-cost nation wide rail networks is exactly what you need.

About

A key factor to successful transportation is understanding what mode of transportation is best used for transporting not only a particular type of cargo, but taking into consideration other variables like time, costs, cargo value etc.

The USA has one of the worlds most extensive rail network made up of over 140,000 route miles, 7 Class I railroads, 22 regional railroads and roughly 584 local/short railroads; all owned by private organizations

Roughly 52% of all rail freight is bulk commodities (agriculture, energy, auto components, construction materials, chemicals etc.) and the balance 48% being consumer goods and miscellaneous products.

With our understanding of the rail network, acceptable cargo and great relationships with rail networks we'll be able to better assess and work with you if appropriate on moving your cargo using the rail roads.
